Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Blower is a product of high efficiency,energy saving and environment-friendly that is directly mounted by high-speed PMSM and ternary flow centrifugal impeller. The shaft vibration is timely supervised by build-in displacement sensor. The collected data will be input to the Magnetic Suspension Bearing Controller for computa- tion to generate the control current. This current will be input to the windings of Magnetic Suspension Bearing to generate the magnetic force for suspension.
PMSM generates frequency controllable current via inverter,this current will be input to the motor stator to generate rotaion magnetic field to drive the shaft rotating at high speed.
The impeller driven by high-speed rotating shaft will take the air from volute casing inlet,and will be forced by impeller and volute casing guidance to generate flow velocity and pressure.Then will be discharged from volute casing outlet to complete the blowing process.
Ternary flow impeller is directly coupled with high-speed PMSM;
Save more than 30% energy than Roots Blower; Save more than 20% energy than Multi-stage Centrifugal Blower;
Save more than 10% energy than Single Stage High Speed Centrifugal Blower.
With the self-balancing technology, the vibration level of Magnetic bearing is lower than traditional bearings,and there is no friction, Adopting the active vibration damping design,the blower can operate smoothly of less vibration, and the noise of the blower is around 80dB(A).
Integrated design,skid mounted structure,convenient installa- tion,one key to start and stop the blower.No need for mechanical maintenance during daily operation,only to replace the filter.
With PLC+GPRS/3G/4G, we can real time monitor the operation status of the Blower and control flow,air pressure and speed by intelligently or manually mode.In case of failure, it can also be repaired and debugged remotely.
