Recently, the sewage treatment project in Pujiang County has undergone a key equipment upgrade. The Aipu screw blower has successfully won the bid and been applied in the equipment replacement project of Pujiang Ziguang Wastewater Treatment Plant, providing core power support for the backwashing process of denitrification deep bed filter in the plant area.
The equipment replacement project was initiated by Zhejiang Fuchun Ziguang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., aiming to replace an existing fan in the Pujiang Ziguang Sewage Treatment Plant. According to the procurement announcement requirements, the newly introduced Aipu screw blower must meet the technical parameters of the working conditions and be equipped with a variable frequency motor to meet the energy-saving operation needs under different working conditions.
The application of the Aipu screw blower not only meets the strict requirements of the denitrification deep bed filter for backwashing process in sewage treatment plants, but also further enhances the stability and environmental friendliness of the equipment operation through its oil-free screw technology route.
According to the project plan, this replacement work includes protective dismantling of old equipment, installation and commissioning of new equipment, and adaptation and adjustment of supporting pipeline systems. The project requires the completion of all delivery and installation work within 35 days. After the equipment is put into operation, it will effectively ensure the stable operation of the backwash system of Pujiang Ziguang Sewage Treatment Plant and further enhance the local sewage treatment guarantee capability.
