Energy saving renovation is implemented! The air suspension fan has successfully replaced the original Roots blower in the cement plant

Recently, our company's air suspension centrifugal blower successfully underwent a one-time trial run at the technical renovation project site of a cement plant, successfully replacing the original Roots blower. This marks another successful case of the replacement application of air suspension blower in the pneumatic conveying/desulfurization process of the cement industry.

The original Roots blower in the cement plant operated continuously for a long time, which had pain points such as high energy consumption, loud noise, regular replacement of lubricating oil, and high maintenance costs of spare parts. After on-site working condition survey, parameter selection, and scheme design by our technical team, an air suspension fan was upgraded and renovated. After the on-site installation and debugging of the equipment, all indicators of the whole machine's no-load and continuous trial operation with load have been met.

Relying on the frictionless, oil-free lubrication, and high-speed permanent magnet frequency conversion integrated technology of air bearings, the fresh air fan operates stably with significantly reduced noise. Only simple cleaning of the filter is required in daily life, greatly reducing the workload of later operation and maintenance. Compared with the original Roots blower, it can achieve energy savings of 25% -40% through actual testing and comparison. Long term operation helps cement plants reduce electricity and spare parts costs, meeting the 24-hour uninterrupted production requirements of cement production lines.
